Those of us who learn about the law from watching “Law and Order” know one thing is paramount – you are innocent until proven guilty. But that’s not the case in many parts of the world. Presumed Guilty is the story of Tonyo, one man in Mexico who fights an uphill battle after being sentenced for 20 years for a murder he didn’t commit. Lawyers Roberto Hernandez and Layda Negrete not only got involved in the case, they managed to get cameras into the courtroom so we can get up-close and personal with the justice system in Mexico.
