Poll: Spanish Media Popular Among English-Speaking Latinos
The poll found that 90 percent of Spanish-dominant Latinos watch Spanish-language TV and roughly 75 percent listen to Spanish radio. Among English-dominant Latinos, about four in 10 said they turned to either Spanish TV or Spanish radio for news, entertainment and sports. About 35 percent of English speaking Latinos said they believe English-language media portrays Latinos in a negative light. The poll surveyed 1,521 Latinos in English and Spanish.
