EDITOR'S NOTE: Representatives from three Bay Area communities that are disproportionately affected by pollution met recently to discuss how to join forces in the fight for cleaner air and neighborhoods. The new Toxic Triangle Coalition, founded by the Reverend Dr. Daniel Buford of the Allen Temple Baptist Church in Oakland, includes Richmond, Oakland, and San Francisco's Bayview Hunter's Point district. (Shown above: Bayview resident Marie Harrison.)
