April 20th Teleconference -Tracking the Crackdown
for a discussion of recent developments in immigration policy efforts.
Immigrant rights advocates continue to work to create workable solutions for immigration.
Now that efforts for comprehensive reform at the federal level have taken a backseat on the federal policy agenda, states around the country are dealing with the issue directly. The call will feature conversations with experienced legal advocates and organizers who will give an overview of efforts at the state level. There will also be time for questions.
