Al Jazeera's Coverage of the Arab Spring
Every ten years the nation's voting districts have their lines redrawn. Every ten years somebody gets lost in the shuffle of redistricting -- too often it is minority voting blocs that are most effected. New America Now Host Shirin Sadeghi speaks with Associate Counsel at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund Dale Ho as he gives us a primer on redistricting, gerrymandering and prison gerrymandering and what it means for voters, not just in California, but nationwide.
