It's that time of year again, time for the San Francisco Latino Film Festival which starts this weekend. And this year's spread is just as quirky as last year's. New America Now Host Shirin Sadeghi spoke with the festival's founder Lucho Ramirez about what to expect in this year's selection of films and events.
