The news that Inner City Media -- one of the nation's largest black owned radio networks -- was recently forced to file bankrupcy calls the future of minority owned and urban formatted radio into question.

Joe Miller is a radio and technology blogger and the Deputy Director of the Media and Policy Institute at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies. He spoke with New America Media's Kevin Weston.
