Ed. Note: Thuy Vu, CEO of Mass Media which owns Radio Saigon Houston, has 80 contributing producers working under her. Now she and her husband are launching a full-service, full-time Asian television station in Greater Houston, serving the largest local Asian population - the Vietnamese community. Once a boat person, Vu was honored with the 21st Century Woman Award from the National Organization for Women in 1987 for her work to help Vietnamese refugees in Southeast Asia.
