What: Shifts in the landscape of California's early childhood education, including proposed cuts to Transitional Kindergarten and a realignment plan that would see state run programs shifted to the county level, threaten to impact low-income families across the state.

Join us in a discussion of the pending budgetary changes and the many innovative programs that are being implemented to help children most affected achieve their academic goals.
