Republican Legislator Proposes to Revise DREAM Act
In a meeting with national Hispanic media journalists, Rubio clarified that he has not yet drafted the bill, but acknowledged that he has been in talks with fellow Republicans and youth groups to refine the proposal.
"This should be done well. We have put a lot of energy in this proposal. They would receive a non-immigrant visa, [that is] renewable, allowing them to be in the country legally through which they can study and work," Rubio told La Opinón.

Finally some common sense. I say yes to this as long as these are students/military and are younger than 26 yrs old. This way these children could stay and learn but couldn't apply for family based green cards to help others jump ahead in the immigration line.
