Editor's Note: With Congress seemingly at a standstill on immigration reform, undocumented immigrants and their allies are calling on President Obama to halt all deportations through an executive order. NAM reporter Chanelle Ignant talked to demonstrators Thursday in San Francisco, where dozens blocked a bus of deportees in front of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services office. The Obama administration has deported a record number of immigrants -- 1.5 million immigrants in his first term -- and deportations continue at record levels.
