A group of Latino students at Newport Harbor High School, in the city of Newport Beach in Orange County, won a small but significant victory, the right to wear "Dump Trump" T-shirts at school. The students say they have experienced harassment and seen racist grafitti at their school, which is about 40 percent Latino and majority white. For months, pro-Trump students have been wearing political T-shirts. But when a group of Latino students wore "Dump Trump" T-shirts the day after the Costa Mesa protests, their principal had told them to remove the shirts.Read more
