Congressman Jim Costa has served in Congress since 2005 and during that time he has applied his farming background to fighting for Valley water, agriculture, and the economy. Costa will share his vision on natural resources protection and promoting community health and will respond to community concerns around air and water quality and community health. NAM will announce mini-fellowships to support reporting on key environmental issues for limited ethnic media.
